Rav is responsible for maintaining and updating the infrastructure that powers Russell’s key service offerings, and leads the support team which services Russell’s global client base.

Craig has worked within the Lloyd’s of London value chain for 25 years and joined Russell following 15 years working for Aon in the their Aviation Reinsurance Consulting team. He works with client development and software developers to provide bespoke client solutions and guidance.

Julian has more than thirty years of running and developing successful software companies in the global risk management space. Julian is responsible for managing Russell’s sales team and for running Russell’s corporate work group of risk managers from FTSE 100 companies.

Chris is responsible for managing Russell's public relations, corporate messaging and thought leadership.

Richard Borg has over 20 years’ experience in sales and account management for both corporate & (re)insurance clients in the UK and beyond.

Richard is responsible for managing Russell's global client base and for generating new business revenue.

Manvir is responsible for the production of product portfolio, thought leadership, press articles and podcast content to raise the awareness and the profile of Russell within the (re)insurance market and beyond.

Adding ‘Climate & weather’ to the Russell Group’s list of expertise and how and when it’s impact across multiple business classes creates a connected risk. Developing an “Environmental Social Governance” (ESG) quantifiable methodology for the company which can then be used by others as a risk rating methodology across (re)insurance and corporate risk portfolios. Holds a Masters degree in Meteorology.

Working at Russell, Felipe provides data analysis-support, helping Russell’s underwriting clients understand their exposure through Russell’s core ALPS product. Felipe has worked on other projects, centred on the analysis and processing of data.

Rachel is a developer and is part of the ALPS development team.

Katanya has over 8 years’ experience of developing software, web and desktop applications. She is a key member of Russell’s development team, where her responsibilities include developing web applications using technologies such as C#, SQL, Html, CSS, and JavaScript.

Shuabe is responsible for ensure brand identity and image is consistent across Russell and beyond.

Asad is a Data Scientist at Russell. Asad's role within Russell is to analyse and provide insights to Russell group's data using Machine Learning.

Luke's role is to work within the data science team at Russell to analyse and provide insights to Russell Group's datasets.

Sophie's role is to assist the head of brand design in ensuring Russell's brand identity and image is consistent across the company and beyond.

Emily is responsible for monitoring the personal development and skills of staff members at Russell.

Oli is responsible for helping to provide support to our clients and partners.

Malvina's role is focused on using quantitative methods to help make business and financial decisions.
