Suki Basi


Managing Director & Founder

Before founding Russell Group, Suki worked for Oracle in Silicon Valley in the early 90s, focusing on the defence, energy, finance and healthcare sectors. On founding Russell, Suki created the claims database for London Market Claims Services, which was then used to help Lloyd’s model its exposures during Reconstruction and Renewal (R&R).


Mark Howell


Group Finance and Operations Director

Mark Howell, BA (Honours) Law, is a chartered accountant with over 25 years' experience in providing financial, legal and operational expertise across multiple sectors. In his role at Russell, Mark is responsible for monitoring and supervising Russell’s financial and group operations.

Rav Tank


Infrastructure and Client Support

Rav is responsible for maintaining and updating the infrastructure that powers Russell’s key service offerings, and leads the support team which services Russell’s global client base.


Adam Murphy


Head of Client Development

Adam is the Head of Client Development.

Before joining Russell, Adam spent 9 years working in Aon’s Aviation Reinsurance Broking team, before moving into Underwriting Aviation Reinsurance at Talbot Syndicate 1183 at Lloyd’s where he spent 10 years.


Julian Kirkman-Page


Head of Sales

Julian has more than thirty years of running and developing successful software companies in the global risk management space. Julian is responsible for managing Russell’s sales team and for running Russell’s corporate work group of risk managers from FTSE 100 companies.


Richard Borg


Sales Manager

Richard Borg has over 20 years’ experience in sales and account management for both corporate & (re)insurance clients in the UK and beyond.

Richard is responsible for managing Russell's global client base and for generating new business revenue.


Manvir Basi


Head of Marketing

Manvir is responsible for the production of product portfolio, thought leadership, press articles and podcast content to raise the awareness and the profile of Russell within the (re)insurance market and beyond.


Graham Stroud


Head of Client Data Processing

Graham is responsible for the whole client data processing space across the ALPS product classes. Alongside this role, he is also responsible for maintaining and monitoring Russell’s training system for staff.


Rob Nelder


ALPS Development Manager

Rob has spent over 15 years working for Russell as a software developer and is currently the development manager. For most of this time Rob has been predominantly focussed on Russell’s core product, ALPS which provides exposure and pricing analysis solutions to reinsurance underwriters and brokers.


Felipe Hassin


Data Analyst

Working at Russell, Felipe provides data analysis-support, helping Russell’s underwriting clients understand their exposure through Russell’s core ALPS product. Felipe has worked on other projects, centred on the analysis and processing of data.


Rachel Taylor


Head of Quality Control

Rachel is responsible for Russell’s Integrated Management System, that is certified to ISO 9001 (Quality), 27001 (Information Security) and 22301 (Business Continuity). She is also a developer and is part of the ALPS development team.


Katanya Frankson


ALPS Developer

Katanya has over 8 years’ experience of developing software, web and desktop applications. She is a key member of Russell’s development team, where her responsibilities include developing web applications using technologies such as C#, SQL, Html, CSS, and JavaScript.


Faisel Jahan


ALPS Developer

Faisel has extensive experience in developing bespoke software and providing technical services. He is a key member of Russell’s development and data processing team and supports the processing of client data.
